 1) Consume LESS salt in daily life.
Consume less salt in cooking can prevent health problems, including high blood pressure.

 2) Cut off the fat from pork before cooking.
Cut off the fat before cook. Change cooking method to boil instead grill, fry etc.

 3) Take lot of leaf vegetables.
 Leaf vegetables are typically low in calories and fat. It is high in protein per calorie, dietary 
    fiber, iron, calcium, and very high in phytochemicals such as vitamin C, carotenoids, lutein 
    and folic acid.  

 4)     Vegetables Fiber, Kalium ( Potassium ).
Eat lots of foods with high sources of potassium include orange juice, potatoes, bananas, avocados, tomatoes, broccoli, soybeans, brown rice, garlic and apricots.

 5)     Consume more fish, fish oil which contain lots of. DHA( Docosahexaenoic acid )
Fish oil is widely sold in gelatin capsules containing a mixture of omega-3 fatty acids including EPA ( eicosapentaenoic acid ) and smaller quantities of DHA.

 6)     More soya been, sesame, tea.
Isoflavones from soya bean, sesamin from sesame, catechins which comes from tea are very good plant nutrients that help reduce level of blood cholesterol.
